El uso de bombillos LED (light-emitting diode,<\/em> por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) y paneles solares en los sem\u00e1foros reducen la factura el\u00e9ctrica del Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas y Transportes<\/strong> (MOPT).<\/p>\n
